REFINANCE REBATE

Receive up to $4,000 cashback

• $3,000 cashback for a new refinanced home loan of $500,000-$999,999, LVR ≤90%.
• $4,000 cashback for a new refinanced home loan of $1,000,000 or more, LVR ≤90%.
• Apply by Friday 30 June 2023 and settle by Thursday 28 September 2023.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Available for refinance applications, with the minimum refinanced loan amount of $500,000 to receive $3000 and minimum of $1,000,000 to receive $4000. The minimum amount can include Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI). Minimum refinanced loan amount can be split across facilities, but must be
within one refinance submission to quality.

2. For the $3000 & $4000 Refinance Cash Back Boost Payment: Effective for applications received by Suncorp Bank between Friday 31st March until Friday, 30th June 2023.

3. New refinance applications must settle on or before Thursday, 28th September 2023.

4. Loan to Value Ratio, including Lenders Mortgage Insurance where applicable, is less than or equal to 90%.

5. A Suncorp Bank transaction account in the name of all Borrowers, must be held, or acquired to receive the $3,000 or $4000 payment. For any customer that does not hold a transaction account in the same name as the loan, payment will be made to the loan account

6. A limit of one payment will be made to a Borrower. If there is more than one Borrower only one payment will be made to those Borrowers jointly.

7. If any of the Borrowers have received a payment whether individually or jointly under the previous $3,000 or $4000 Cash Boost offer and take out additional new refinanced lending of $500,000+ or $1,000,000+ they are also eligible to receive a further $3000 or $4000 Cash Back Boost Payment.

8. Payment will be credited to a Suncorp Bank transaction account, in the name of all Borrowers, within 60
days.

9. This offer applies to available Suncorp Bank home loan products, including Personal / Owner Occupied, Investment loans, Principal and Interest and Interest Only repayments for new refinanced lending only.

10. The Home Package Plus Annual Fee Refund Offer can be used in conjunction with this offer.

11. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other home loan cash back offers.
