Basic Mortgage @ 3.89% for Investment (INV) property as security with repayments being Principal & Interest (P & I)

Basic Mortgage @ 4.29% Investment IO

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Salaried / PAYG applicants
  • $ for $ refinances
  • Loans > $500 000 for NSW and VIC
  • Loans > $250 000 for WA, QLD, SA, TAS
  • Maximum Loan to Value Ratio of 80%
  • $399 application fee is to apply
  • No cash out (up to 5% of the loan amount is not considered cash out)
  • No offset however redraw feature exists with the Basic Mortgage

Exclusions:

  • Pricing of mixed security loans at OO prices to value of OOD property is NOT allowed under this offer, but can continue to be done under matrix pricing
